Centre Place Fish Chips - UNDERWOOD

Centre Place is a cozy fish and chip shop located in a quiet shopping area. They serve straightforward fish dishes, and I must say, the fish was cooked just right as we ordered it. The batter was pleasantly crispy, and the fish was tender and moist. We enjoyed our meal at one of the small outdoor tables, which is naturally pet-friendly.

The restaurant seemed unclean, and it felt like no one had been there for a while. I ordered assorted whiting fillets and chips, but the fillets were triangular and clearly frozen. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Additionally, the prices shown in the photos are outdated.

I have just ordered fish and chips on top of eats from there shop first time that I have ordered from them and have found out that new fish and chips shop eating was not full of oil tasty and order was enough for 2 people

Very nice crumbed cod/hoki. Not oily or sickly. Chips the way they should be crispy outside fluffy inside. Very polite staff. Ill be back.
