Terrible. 10 minutes for service is unacceptable. The employees dont know how to roll a burrito. Untincels/napkins/drink lids are almost never refilled. Not worth the trip Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Goof clean facility. Orders are prompt and accurate. Food is of good quality, not over or undercooked like in some other locations. Friendly staff. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I 've eaten in many Chipotle locations with no issues whatsoever, however this particular location simply needs to be shut down. There 's always something wrong. Tonight they have the doors locked at 7:45, refusing to let anyone order through the line and requiring online orders only, to be picked up through the very backed up drive through window The same stunt they pulled during Covid . On my last visit they were out of steak. Burritos ordered online are always very small and not prepared the same as ones made in front of you. Serving line area is always dirty. I 'm not sure if it 's a lack of training, poor management or a lack of support from corporate, but this one location is just awful. Either get it up to your brand standards or shut it down. Definitely worth the drive to Mall Rd or Dream St just to avoid this place.

This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to and it’s the one closest to my house. The last time I ate here my wife brought me home a burrito from the drive through. She handed it to me and I thought she was joking with me and handed me a single taco. This thing was a joke for $10+. So I drive back up there and ask them to remake it. After they have a conference about it for 5 minutes and I hear them discussing how they don’t have the steak they start to remake it but are pretty much out of everything on the line. They scrape brown rice out of the pan and have to wait for meat to be made they were out of steak and chicken. I took chicken because it got done first but originally ordered and paid for steak. This isn’t closing time it’s about 6:30 in the afternoon. I get home and try to eat this thing and the rice is so hard I couldn’t even eat it. This is just one of many times I’ve gotten horrible food from this location usually old dried up meat. The only time it’s been good is lunch time when I guess food doesn’t have the chance to sit and get old.

The food was ok I went in to pick up and online app order. Our order was made and bagged and on the shelf as we were 10 minutes past the pickup time. It took another 10-15 minutes to have them hand me the bag I Stood at the counter under the “pickup” sign trying to get someone’s attention but I could not. No one would look at me or ask what I needed. When I did get a chance to ask someone they mumbled something and when I said I’m sorry I couldn’t understand you they seemed annoyed. The store was busy and I understand they were trying to keep their orders going out. Maybe new staff or short handed? Hopefully better next time.
