Qdoba Mexican Eats - Union

I?m a vegetarian and qdoba has been my favorite to go place since last 5 years from the time I?ve moved to the US. I think it was my last order here today as I?ve had poor experiences three times in a row. Let me cover the last two recent order mess ups 1. I ordered a veggie bowl from DoorDash 1.5 months ago and requested a taco shell on the side on call. I received my order without any taco shell and 3 4 toppings were missing too. Instead they added pickled onions for which I never asked. The quantity was also less. Overall the taste, quantity and items were not at all as expected. I called them to complain and a nice gentleman at the store promised a free meal on my next order. 2. Today I placed an order again through DoorDash and called the store to give that free meal. It was denied by the store manager saying that they can not compensate me with a free meal but she will make sure that todays order is upto the mark. I ordered two veggie bowls and requested for taco shells on the side and she sent that as I adored for. But to my surprise, the quantity in each bowl was just 40% the size of the container (pics attached). More than half of the bowl was empty and rice and beans were almost negligible. The taste was no doubt good overall but it felt that they?ve intentionally reduced the quantity so much. I could literally dip my first finger in the bowl without being able to touch the food ??????????? It was so disappointing that I didn?t even call the store to complain because they were never prompt/willing to handle any issues before, so I?ve decided it?s better not to order from them again ???? Bye Bye Qdoba. You?ve lost a genuine customer who actually loved your food.

The guacamole tasted like it had been frozen and then thawed, which really disappointed me. This is not the level of quality I expect from Qdoba.

We just left this location approximately 1hr ago. This is the 2nd time the food was horrible. The Queasdea looked like Taco Bells for $17. The Pinto beans were hard and the brown rice was 2 teaspoon. The older gentleman working behind the counter was very displeased with the new employee. Never again!!!

The inside of the restaurant was unappealing, with a dark and musty odor reminiscent of stale water. The staff barely spoke to customers, communicating in grunts at best. They seemed impatient and treated patrons as if they were unhappy to be working there. The food lacked flavor, and I had to enhance my meal with spicy queso from my chips, which was just a small portion. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I stopped by the restaurant right before my shift started. I wasn't very hungry but still needed to grab a bite. The young man at the counter recommended a mini-bowl, and it was just the right size and incredibly tasty. Of course, I also had to get some taco chips with cheese sauce. So delicious!
