The service at this restaurant on Valentine's Day was absolutely awful! Customers were leaving because of it. The staff should be ashamed of themselves!

The atmosphere of the restaurant was stark and cold. The wait staff was unfriendly and a bit rough. They were out of many items on the menu. The steak was okay, but the price was too high. Overall, it wasn't worth it.

My husband and I celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary at this restaurant. It is a hidden gem! The staff was excellent and attentive. The food was absolutely delicious. While it may be a bit expensive, it is worth every penny. I will definitely be dining here again and recommending it to others.

Restaurant and location fabulous, I felt it was very overpriced for the quality of food. Food choices were great (other than dessert) just the quality wasn’t there. Too limited choices for dessert, I think it was three versions of chocolate cake.

Nice space, but not easy to find,with that said, we ordered the maple bacon and it was cold, they removed it but didn't even ask if we wanted a new one. Then there was a 25 min wait between our apps and entrées and the place had only 7 tables on a Friday night so the kitchen could not have backed up. When our entrées came out, two steaks the 16oz new York strip and the bone in rib eye, 3 sides, the grilled asparagus, tips were burnt completely and there was nothing at all on the asparagus, making them dry and burnt, the bacon mac cheese, decent but not great, and the Brussels sprouts with bacon overly soaked in what was believe to be a balsamic honey glaze. When we ordered the steaks we had asked for the steaks both to be blackened neither one was, the NY strip was supposed to be medium well it was medium rare to rare. The cowboy was supposed to be med rare, the edges were beyond well done and inedible, the meat next to the bone was medium at best and dry. I ate only one bite of the cowboy. They did take back the strip and cooked it more but by that point it was mediocre at best, I called the manager over and told him about the cowboy and to his credit he asked if I wanted a new one by then I said no because my son had already gotten his steak back and was a third of the way through and by the time mine would have come back out he would have been done and then not only would I have already watched him eat, he then would have watched me eat so I politely said no, now the manager did offer me dessert and we turned it down and then he brought me a complimentary cocktail which was nice, but I truly did not want it nor did he ask if I wanted it, he then did proceeded to take the bacon off the check because it was not edible and then comped two of the 3 sides, why I have no idea, what should have been comped was my steak because it was truly inedible, but it was not. The overall experience was fair at best, but with NYC steak house pricing I'm not going back.
