Scott's Grill - Union City

If you’re not eating here, you are missing out on friendly service and EXCELLENT FOOD!!!

I really want to enjoy this restaurant, but each time I've visited, there have been issues with the food being served cold. The service is also quite slow. For instance, this morning, my coffee was only refilled once. I even saw another table leave because they were never attended to. I know that everyone has off days, but unfortunately, this has been my experience every time I've come back.

Some of the best food in Tennessee. Henry is very hospitable and knows how to do it right. Will be coming back!

Had an order to pick up for doordash and it was supposed to be picked up at 6:46pm I waited almost an hour for the order and at 7:29pm the customer finally got tired of waiting and finally just cancelled their order !! I along with several others dashers were waiting up to an hour for our orders and was given the excuse “we only have two cooks and just got 15 doordash orders back to back !!” Not a good way to run business! The waitress was taking orders over the phone and telling them it would be 20 minutes for their order ! If the cooks can’t keep up then maybe hire more cooks or don’t offer a service that can’t be provided in a timely manner.

I had a fantastic breakfast with excellent service. I brought my grandchild along, and the staff were incredibly accommodating—they even turned on the TV for some cartoons. A big thank you to everyone at Scott's!
