Wendy's - Union City

Great, fast service. Clean restaurant and friendly associates.

My gripe against Wendy's is I order the 50 piece nugget for my kids and two times i have been shorted by 20 nuggets. I don't know if the cook can't count or just too lazy to drop 50 but I decided to stop buying anything from there.One person can make your restaurant look bad. It's the night shift that's a problem in the nugget department.

The food was good but not hot. The people were very nice and it was clean.

Went into the lobby on tuesday afternoon a little after 4. The employee working was more concerned about clocking out instead of taking my order. Waited over 10 minutes and she still wasn't clocked out, I was the only person there and she had plenty of time to get my order. I walked out at that point and will not go back, very poor consumer service

Overall i wish i could this Wendy’s a 0 star when ordering it was taking forever and the order got messed up so many times it’s embarrassing at this point i won’t be going back
