The restaurant is inconsistent when it comes to their frozen drinks and coffee. Even when I clearly communicate my preferences, they often don't get it right.

There is a wide variety of ice cream flavors to choose from.

I waited 15 minutes for two scoops of ice cream, and the service was extremely slow.

Terrible management! The manager, Sonia, has a really unpleasant attitude and doesn't seem interested in satisfying her customers. I experienced false advertising when I ordered a cake meant to serve 8-10 people for $28.99. She told me they don't actually sell that size cake, and I had to pay an extra $20 for a full sheet cake instead. Absolutely unacceptable! What a scam!

The food is fresh, and the staff is highly professional, providing excellent service.
