Not the best but very good bubble tea. The lines can be pretty long. The price is affordable and they are not stingy with the ingredients. Would recommend stopping here when shopping at the mall for sweet treats.

This was the worst experience I had in my life. I had ordered a drink and was waiting patiently. Looking through the glass window I was watching the girl make the drink I ordered. My boyfriend asked what did you order , I answered strawberry taro. The girl inside (her name was Sabrina) spoke to me behind the glass window in the most nasty way , can you wait. I said excuse me. I am waiting. And she spoke back to me with an attitude. She had problem making my drink? She's having a bad day? I don't know what her problem was but it made me feel so disrespected. We spoke with the manager name, Charlene Lee. All she could do was apologize for her employee's behavior. An apology isn't what I wanted. Someone with that attitude should not be given the opportunity to work. We then asked for a refund for our drinks and for their names. I would not be supporting any gong cha locations with my future purchases.

Best one. I love the peach slush. I usually get 30% sugar but this time i tried 70% a bit sweet but def worth the waiting on line for. Its my summer slushy drink.

The line is certainly worth the wait! So many great options of bubble tea and other drinks on the menu, and staff members are very attentive and ready to help you find the perfect drink. It's also nice that you get to customize your drinks as well!

As a Taiwanese, Let me tell you ! Dont waste Six dollar for plain water+ Sugar! You deserve better service and treat you taste bud better Just right the next store, Starbucks taste better . The clerk tried to surcharged me. Even if I asked twice about the bill, he lie and lie and lie. I order a large Lemon Ai Yu With Basil seed. They surcharged me but they did not put any lemon juice or lemon slices. God, Please read the menu! Gong Cha manager you need to retrain all these clerk in Roosevelt Mall. They are not honest and they did bad drink. Don't waste your money. If I can give them zero star or mines star I would.
