Hilton Garden Inn Westbury - Uniondale

As a Hilton Diamond Member, I am astonished this property is considered to be a Hilton property- it’s an insult. Hilton needs to launch an investigation on this property and its management. Expect dirty carpets with unknown sticky substances, cigarettes ridden elevators, and just a furry of health code violations. Disgusting overall and subpar front desk service. I wish I could share the photos I took to submit to Hilton Corporate.

The hotel in general can use a refresh all the way around. The hotel restaurant was not too bad and the prices were fair for everything. The marketplace fridge did not seem to get restocked regularly or have much variety. Other than that an overall good stay.

Outdated and worn out!! From the carpet in my room, furniture, previous repairs, stains on everything and just everything is run down about this place. Also, My bed sheet had a huge tear that was so obvious upon checking in idk how housekeeping missed that. Light was missing a bulb. They corrected these two things right away but should I have had to even ask for those two things to be corrected? And there’s a 1/2” “fold” in the carpet going the entire length of the room. Totally disappointed.

Very well kept rooms with the right amenities in place. Had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, along with a nice seating area separate from the bedroom. Cleaning service is available on daily basis, or upon request. The location is also great with nearby coffee shops and general stores like Walmart and shopping malls in close vicinity to the hotel.

Rooms are kind of outdated. My biggest complaint was the smelly hallway on the third floor. Also feels like there are holes in the floor when walking on the carpet.
