Mcdonald's - Universal City

I am happy to finally write a good review about this place. For years the service of the children has been terrible. But a new supplement, Donna is fabulous. She is consistently professional and is the reason why we have finally returned. Jennifer, the second window was good. Good job manager.

The service can be a bit slow depending on the time of day. Occasionally, when I order large fries, they come out lukewarm and only filled to a medium size. When I request a large cup of water, it seems to be filled at random times, and I’m not sure if I need to specifically ask for a cup for the water. Having worked at McDonald's, I’m not quite sure what has changed in terms of ordering. However, the staff is generally friendly and accurate in their service.

"Well, it's McDonald's. What can I say? You either love it (and I do) or you don't. It's not exactly a gourmet meal, and the service leaves something to be desired. But it's McDonald's, after all. Sometimes, you just want to indulge in a guilty pleasure, and they’re always ready to satisfy that craving."

I absolutely love the breakfast here! There's no better way to start your morning.
