Arby's - Upland

Arby's often doesn't get the credit it deserves! This particular location is top-notch. It's consistently clean, with a well-maintained dining area. The staff are always friendly and eager to assist. The food is consistently well-prepared. I've never encountered any problems at this location.

I decided to write this review after seeing a commercial for Arby's 2 for $7 deal. I tried their classic roast beef and gyro sandwiches, and was pleasantly surprised by the gyro. The meat was tender, the pita bread was soft and warm, the vegetables were crispy, and the Tzatziki sauce tied everything together perfectly. The sandwich was huge and packed with flavor. I went back a couple of times to have it again. I highly recommend giving the gyro at Arby's a try. Their customer service is fast and friendly, and the restaurant has always been clean whenever I've visited.

Well done Rey!! Every time I visit this place, I receive outstanding service from the staff, particularly from REY. She is always cheerful when I pull up to the window and greets me with a fantastic, positive attitude and natural charm. She's amazing. I hope she gets a promotion soon with a nice raise! This Place Never fails, its the worst customer service time and time again. I ONLY Come for the apple turnovers. And each time i come i get the lousiest service from dofferent employees. They have attitude, NOT friendly, NEVER Name Tags and Do not want tomake the customer a priority. They never want to make apple turnovers even when we are willing to wait. This place sucks! But,i come formthe turnovers Supposedly honey was the name of the drive thru person, and Evan was the Manager, pf i donteven believe this isntheirs names thats how shady this Arbys is.

Worst service, and horrible food. My chicken sandwich was soggy, I had to go back in because the first thing u do is eat some fries. They were so cold. I went back in and had to wait 4 min for a fresh batch. I had to wrap my chicken in lettuce.
