Burger King - Upland

The food was lukewarm and quickly became cold after being served. My green burrito was drenched in green sauce, making it soggy and unpleasant to eat. The two friendly young men working seemed more focused on chatting and laughing with each other than ensuring our order was complete. This restaurant could benefit from more frequent training for its staff.

I was dissatisfied with the restaurant on Mountain. The chicken breast sandwich did not meet my expectations; it was poorly made. The tables were dirty and the women's restroom was in very poor condition, with water leaking from the roof. This place definitely needs some remodeling. I doubt that I will return here.

I only like Burger King for one item. I went there today and they were on break, which didn't bother me. However, it was ridiculous that every single worker took their break at the same time, closing the store. In my experience working in food and retail, not every worker takes a break simultaneously. They need better management because I wasn't willing to wait 30 minutes for them all to return. It seemed like a lazy work ethic to me.

Clean restaurant,fast service.my burger was put together nicely , not like mc donalds BigMac thrown in the box all apart.will come back here again.employees very nice

Not sure what's going on with the stale/dry/ over toasted buns, but it was not the first time it happened when I ordered a Whopper. The first time it happened the bun was so stale and fell apart, I just let it go, but it happened again, over toasted,when I took the burger apart you can tell it was over toasted because they were black. Probably not going to be back ...Especially since I asked about a special that they said they didn't have that I literally saw the commercial for the day of.Also the chicken fries weren't fresh. Oh well.
