Chipotle Mexican Grill - Upland

This restaurant is above average. It's convenient that you can request extra ingredients to fill up a burrito for those who prefer to avoid fillers like lettuce or vegetables. The queso is a bit pricey, and sometimes it's too thick and is just plopped in the middle without spreading it out. They used to add a couple of small tortillas to a bowl for free upon request, but now they charge for it, which is disappointing.

I ordered the carnitas bowl with mild salsa, but after one bite, I had to drink almost all of my drink because the food was so spicy. This is the first problem I have ever had with this restaurant. I have been a loyal customer for over 70 visits in the last 5 years.

Hi, every time I have been to this restaurant, they skimp on my portions. I just came from the gym, so a little extra would be nice. They also really skimp on the rice and beans. Don't bother coming here. If you're one of the people who give extra portions, have a fantastic day! Just went again and wouldn't recommend this place.

Giving 3 stars for food quality, could be 5 stars, but took away 2 stars because cannot order locally on app, wants me to order from store 50 miles away. Also cannot scan in store or add receipt manually. Needed to go to web site to add receipt info. Noone in store knows anything. Bad app! Added receipt to web site since I couldn't scan in store or add receipt after purchase. Well, it never showed up from website. What is wrong with Chipotle. So much frustration with the app. Now I do want to give 5stars to the Chipotle in Upland, Colonies location. Food is usually perfect and manager is always helpful. 1 star for app and 5stars for this store.

Hands down worst chipotle in town came in over a hour before closing it was dead no line all the food was gone and what was left looked dried out and old no way in the world there shouldn?t be no fresh food being made for your last hour 1/2 manager didn?tcare cook in the back tried to make sense of it but couldn?t this place need new leadership??
