They gave me the wrong order and The food is horrible! When you call the store back to let them know of their error, the woman who answered the phone, had the nerve to get smart and start yelling! Ppl told me not to eat from here but they would never get a dime outta me again! This store is horrible and truly unprofessional

Since new management after pandemic, some great items on the menu suffered. Their General Tso's Chicken for one is made with Kirkland popcorn chicken from Save a Lot. Chicken taste like licking 8V battery. However, customer service is a whole lot better.

The lady working behind the counter acted as if she didn't want to take my order. Three other people came shortly after me and they had to ask her twice to take their orders. The lady behind the counter seemed to have a attitude and was very unpleasant. I kind of got the impression that she didn't like black people. Won't be going back.

The food was slight lesser than average Chinese food. The rice was not fried though. It is that steamed rice with coloring in it.

Huh... The negative reviews for here surprise me. I've been getting take out and delivery from here for over ten years and although the food quality varies at times I feel it's always above average for taste. I really like the food from here and I recently took a few friends here and they really enjoyed the Lo Mein. I don't get anything fancy though. Usually just egg rolls or shrimp rolls, pork fried rice, Sweet and sour chicken etc. Still, I never got a bad meal here and service was always good if not exceptional and the prices are average for this type of food. A very good value and a good meal, so a solid 4 stars from me.
