The Habit Burger Grill (drive-thru)

I placed my order on August 3, 2022, at 9:13 AM and had a disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The employee who assisted me, Jenley (a shorter, heavier-set woman), displayed very poor customer service. She was quite rude throughout the interaction. If you find yourself too busy or not in the mood to assist customers, perhaps it's best to step away; your presence is not mandatory, and you have the option to work elsewhere. On a positive note, the food quality was good, but the customer service from this particular employee left much to be desired. I have reported this behavior on the official feedback website, but I doubt any actions will be taken, other than advice.

I usually love The Habit, but today my order was slightly mixed (condiments were on items we asked not to have added and we even double checked) the bungalow on my Ahi Tuna Burger was half soggy, and we were donors the wrong type of frits. The food was still good (and the shake big), but there were a few flies in the dining room and the mix in order should not happen if as explicit as we were. I'm going back, but I'm gonna watch her like a falcon.

This must?ve been THE WORST Habit experience I?ve ever had. I ordered through the drive-thru and the women was rude in the intercom and at the window. Having previously worked for this company, I know that we?re trained to give great customer service. The food wasn?t good either, the fries were limp and cold and the bun was burned. Don?t go here!! The one on campus in the colonies is better. Honestly had I not already made it home, I would?ve gone back, returned the food, and gotten a refund.

The Habit Burger Grill Upland California features the freshest grilled to order foods,great fries and onion rings and loads of cold beverages-thick ice cream shakes too! Friendly servers,sparkling clean restaurant and loads of free parking. BTW-The Ahi Tuna sandwich with avocado is terrific!

Every time I visit this place, the staff seem unnecessarily rude. It feels like there's a clear bias against white men. I have great experiences at other locations like Senior Baja, Waba, Sprouts, and Farmer Bros, where the staff are always friendly and welcoming. However, whenever I go to this Habit, the atmosphere is negative. I'm done with this location—navigating the drive-thru is a challenge, and the food lacks appeal. This might be the worst Habit I've been to. It's as if there's a gloomy vibe in the air, reminiscent of a Walmart.
