One Sushi - Upper Hutt

Katsu donburi w/ reis is amazing! (with extra soy sauce) the nudeldonburi can be dry, however, what soy sauce needs. but man, that's amazing.

Nice little Sushi place! Take a box and get the Sushi which you want. I love it! They also do yummy crispy chicken with noddles. Next time being around this area, will visit again!

Sushi runs out fast but is fresh and tasty. Chicken katsu and chicken&chips are always both amazing. At times have waited 40 minutes upward at about 6PM during the week but this is rare.

Every time I go here they have a very limited options, often just chicken sushi. I had the katsu today and it was very greasy too. Not the best sushi I've had...

To say the food and customer experience has deteriorated is an understatement. I remember my favourite time of the day at school was going over to grab a fresh chicken salad and see a smiley face behind the counter. Now that’s all changed, I felt like my food was left in there since the day before and was to much effort to crack a smile from the individual behind the counter. Sad to say such a legendary spot has gone downhill but let’s hope they can make the trek up the mountain to be at its peak again.
