We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, and during that time, I overheard the hostess and another staff member complaining about some customers who were upset about the wait for their food. Honestly, I should have taken that as a sign to leave. Eventually, we were seated, but it took about 10 minutes before a server came to take our orders. I requested glasses of water and expected to receive some bread, but I didn’t see the server again for another 20 minutes. By the time the food arrived, I still hadn’t seen him. The food looked and tasted good, but I ended up asking for a to-go box because I didn’t want to wait around for the server to check on us. I never received the water I asked for twice, nor did we get any bread. I had planned to order dessert, but I didn’t feel like waiting indefinitely for the server to take that order, either. When the server finally came by, I asked to pay, but the payment device kept malfunctioning, so I had to go to the register to finish the transaction. I considered not leaving a tip due to the poor service, but I didn’t want to penalize the kitchen staff for my server’s shortcomings. In hindsight, I should have reconsidered dining here when I was told there would be a 30-minute wait despite several empty tables.
We had a group of 40 from South Carolina, and I called a week ahead to speak with Steven. I also confirmed our reservation with Zack. The experience was fantastic! The service was incredibly professional. When we arrived at the restaurant, Musa and Deon took care of us, and we absolutely loved our dinner experience. Thank you for the delightful meal!
Well, we had a great server she was awesome! The food was good and the drinks. Unfortunately, my mom had a napkin ball up inside her utensils cloth, and it was something discussing and black brown inside the napkin. She was freaking out, not loud or bringing any attention to the table, and called our server, and the server was freaking out too but professional. She immediately got her manager. He came to the table to apologize about that nasty experience. Made sure he handled the situation and took off 45% of the bill. He did a great job other than that. This is a good place to eat and have drinks. Everything is not perfect, and things happen. There was a problem, and the server and manager should have a solution, and that's a plus.
I don't often dine out due to food allergies, but while on vacation, I decided to take a chance. My server, Jawann V, was fantastic! He made me feel comfortable and didn't assume anything about my dietary restrictions. I honestly thought I would be told that they couldn't accommodate me, but he was incredibly attentive and even checked with the kitchen multiple times to ensure my food was safe. I truly appreciated his exceptional service. In addition to the great experience I had, everyone in my group also loved their meals.
I'm typically not a fan of large chains but I always feel confident going to outback. I ordered their new addition meat loaf on the menu and a baked potato and it was everything I thought it be and more
