Fröjas Sal - Uppsala

Finding a vegan buffet is not very common, this place offers several dishes and seasoned or salads that are vegan. the taste and the quality of cooking leave much to ask, but they will not let starve. the location is central and the local quite ok, the price is too high for what they serve, but generally averaged.

I was there twice, eating pretty boring and not many decisions. the place is cozy, but the staff is not really friendly.

The vegan dish of the day was rice cauliflower and tomato in her juice ...

Eating here is really cheap, but they also get something they pay. eating is on any kind of wise to eat, but it is quite boring.

Kind of cosy place where I like to meet my friends but I do miss some sort of sneeze shield over the salad table. I would also appreciate rooibush tea instead of boring old Lipton black tea bags. Wonderful lasagna. Good soups. Nice green buffé (beans, salads etc). Ice cream and tea/coffee for dessert. I always leave full. Best veg lunch in Uppsala. Too bad so many people come here alone, it sometimes makes it very quiet.
