Kfc - Urbana

We waited in line for 20 minutes before we ever got to order then another 10 waiting at the window. The chicken and biscuits were both raw. We were driving so we tried to call and tell them about the problem and no one would answer the phone. This placedefinitely gives all KFC's a bad name.

Pulled up to the drive-through waited several minutes. Someone came over the speaker and asked me to hold on. I said no problem and waited 10 more minutes at the menu then someone came across and asked if I would be ordering chicken I replied yes that waspart of my order in which they responded that they had a 25 minute wait on all chicken. would have been nice to know that beforeI was asked to wait at the speaker for 10 minutes .Do not recommend this location.

That must be the worst kfc in America. we only had a baby in the nicu at carle right next to this place. I was three times and each trip seems to be worse. waited almost 20min drive thru when I was the only car to get the order wrong. in there seem to be no mist.

Have to say, one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Cashiers seemed annoyed that I was placing an order and then got it wrong. Pretty disappointed.

Ordered lunch on the app, supposed to be ready at 12:07 for quick pickup . Doors were locked when I arrived, had to get in long drive-up line. I got my food at 12:31. Big Fail KFC !?
