Wendy's - Urbana

This place used to be great, I'll buy lunch at least twice a week. But this year the quality of the service has dropped dramatically. They are almost always out of things, they have this great soda machine and it is from soda several times this month. The salads do not come with anything listed on the menu, and my order has been incorrect several times this month. The kiosks no longer seem to work, they are usually closed and as soon as my order has simply disappeared from the system. Lines are longer than before and I often wait 25 minutes to get my food. I don't know what happened, but it seems as if they need a complete reverberation.

One of the most inefficient Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It takes them 30 minutes to go through a 10 person line on weekends and 15 minutes to get the order. If they mess up, expect to wait 20-30 MORE minutes for it to be corrected. Absolutely ridiculous. And honestly I feel bad for the manager. She had to put up with a lot of bs and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

Terrible management. They run out of their standard foods all the time. They are always understaffed. Even if their is no line or others waiting for food, you will still wait 5+ minutes. Don't go here if you like to get ketchup with your meal. By my calculations they've only had ketchup packets about 20% of the time.

The staff is not very welcoming and the wait time is horrible. For a standard Dave’s single sandwich I spent 20 minutes waiting. If you are looking for a meal in between classes I highly recommend you pass this place up as it will most likely take up all of your time just waiting for the food.

Not sure why this location struggles so much. Wendy's is usually about the curve in customer service but I regularly have problems with wrong orders here. Today they forgot my receipt and when I asked for it the manager gestured to the line 10 people deep and told me I would have to wait until he served them all to get a receipt. Terrible customer service.
