Wing - Urbana

I think I found an amazing place to eat. Great patio, friendly environment, and greatttt food! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The bone-in wings were crispy with a satisfying crunch, but they were a bit tough. The fries were curly steak fries, which I found to be quite good, although they were served without any salt. There seemed to be some confusion with my carry-out order; I had to wait while they checked if the kitchen was still open. When I arrived, the restaurant was about three-quarters full, with plenty of customers clearly ordering food. I've definitely had worse wings.

A month later, I placed a second order and went to pick it up at the drive-thru. However, they claimed they never received my order, even though I had confirmation and had already paid. I was forced to go inside, where a waitress informed me that they had no internet. While this second mishap seemed to stem from a technical issue, the waitress did not offer any solutions and appeared uninterested in helping. She could have simply suggested canceling the order through the app, placing a new one at the counter, and then waiting a few minutes for it to be prepared. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and let down.

The worst pizza I've ever had. I'd rather eat Domino's. The toppings were sparse, there was barely any sauce, and the crust tasted burnt.
