Casey's - Urbandale

I visit this place frequently because of the excellent service. The staff is very friendly, and I often notice that gas prices are slightly lower here. This is definitely my favorite Casey's. The store layout is quite good, making it easy to find everything I need.

Justin was incredibly helpful during my visit. I had a rough day, and he went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive shopping experience and found exactly what I needed. He truly made my day and is a wonderful person. If he isn't already a manager, he definitely should be. Keep up the great work, Justin! If you see this, thank you!

I stopped by this morning at 6:45. As I was leaving, I noticed a customer who came in without a mask, so I decided to say something. I really appreciate the staff for being brave and looking out for the safety of everyone. The cashier was not only effective but also friendly. Thank you for your daily efforts, and take care!

My friend and I always order pizza from this place on Saturday evenings—they practically know us by now! He placed our usual order for tonight, but when we arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time, they had forgotten to make it. This Casey's used to have great staff in the kitchen, but it seems like they’re now falling short. They might want to reconsider who’s working in the kitchen.
