Sam & Gabe's - Urbandale

We've been coming here for quite a while - dating back to when they were at another location on the west side.

We had never been to this place for brunch, only for dinnerWe loved the dinner.

We went to Sam and Gabe's for dinner and were greeted with all bottles of wine are 1/2 price.

Sat at the bar and Robert was taking care of us. He made amazing drinks for us. You MUST try one of his specials. The food was served quickly and was cooked perfectly. I will be back!

The service and ambiance here was excellent. The menu was very well rounded. We got filet mignon and Royal Red Shrimp to share with salads, sauteed garlic mushrooms and baked potato. There were baskets of a variety of breads and two kinds of butter. Truffles were provided at the end of the meal. It was a beautiful dining experience!
