The convenience of the subway app allows me to easily choose my order from the menu and pick it up in store, which is perfect. I have hardly ever had any mistakes with my pre-ordered subs. The plant-based ingredients are always fresh and crunchy, making this place stand out among the fast food establishments nearby. It is like a breath of fresh air compared to other surrounding options.
Shop needs more staff, Current staff are struggling to keep up with online orders and walk ins. Walk ins are left waiting while staff are finishing online orders. Needs more regular cleaning, looks like the staff aren’t getting a chance to clean cause they’re too busy/ Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
Hands down worst subway I have been to in Australia. Long hair on a worker not in a net or cap and is the person preparing the orders. Staff all looked miserable. Another school kid who must be employed there as well come and grabbed a drink from fridge and sat on top of the counter to talk to staff. Waited 25mins in queue. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Sad management don’t see need for improvement. The staff that are working are flat out, not enough staff on to help keep the store clean and stock replenished. If you can’t get people to work then owners or managers should be working. When this is not happening the staff that are there and are working can seem to be over it and despondent as they say they complain to managers but get no change. Service: Dine in
