Had a great experience the staff was really cool. They took my order before i knew it my was ready they also asked me to try one of their cakes I was hesitant at first but I’m glad I did. that cake was really good. Will be going back for more. I Suggest trying the white Raspberry one!

Unfortunately this location isn’t interested in your business. I was the only customer in the dining area. Employees were chatting in the kitchen. After about ten minutes I called out asking for assistance. No response. I start clapping my hands together and called out; again, no response. Frustrated I called out again, clapping my hands, and one of the employees turned and looked at me, clearly annoyed, and said they were busy. I interpreted that as them not wanting my business. I didn't even eat here. I took my 3 year old in to use the rest room and there were cockroaches. Alive, dead, and babies. So disgusting! To make matters worse, there was absolutely no soap in the dispenser! I'd never eat here.

This is not this locations fault, but I highly doubt I will ever be using KFC again, not only can I not use a gift card online to pay for my food, I cannot place an order for the food I want and wait at the store. This is ridiculous and the KFC system needs fixed. I will just end up giving away this gift card because this is dumb.
