So I ordered from them a little less than a year ago, but the level of service I received has stuck with with. I ordered a LG Pizza and a sub for my coworkers and myself at 4:07, they said ok 45 minutes. 5:15 rolls around no food. I call, they say they 'll be out soon for delivery. Fine. 5:47 I call again. Cashier says my delivery driver has been trying to call you because he needs directions Umm, no he didn 't, my phone never rang. They give me his number. He has no clue where he is. He was on the other side of Utica. Since when do delivery drivers not have GPS OR PRINTED DIRECTIONS. He calls back 15 minutes later and has me on the phone THE ENTIRE TIME HE 'S DRIVING (During which he answers another call on a separate phone and proceeds to start swearing in a combination of English and Spanish) he arrives at 6:24. My pizza is cold, sub is soggy and THEY STILL CHARGED ME THE FULL $30. This place set a new low in service for me and I am one of the most easy going people.
