I had an issue with my order at this restaurant, but Nicole, the worker, was very nice and quickly replaced it for me. I was pleased that the food was fresh. The male worker appeared a little upset, but he still managed to fix everything. I will definitely be back.

I didn't eat there, but it was located next to the UPS store. Another great spot for lunch.

Ty, Dianne and others staffs are nice and polite, sandwiches always good and fresh, one thing I don't like is the Internet order seems too often down and have to call for pick up, wish they do something about it

Ordered online this afternoon, Ty was the only employee working in North Utica, NY restaurant... he was running rapid but extremely kind and friendly. I cannot say enough about this hardworking young man.. there should be more people out there like him. The kid truly deserves kudos and recognition... it is not everyday you witness someone work this hard and dedicated to their job. I was unable to give a survey due to it stating in store receipt only. That should be corrected for anyone to give a review.....
