Applebee's Neighborhood Grill - Uvalde

The chips were stale, there was hardly any meat or cheese, and they neglected to add the other toppings. Giving it one star feels too generous, but that's the lowest rating allowed.

The Bourbon Street Steak was cooked properly, but it was lacking in flavor, as were the mashed potatoes. The highlight of my meal was definitely the Homestyle Cheesy Broccoli, which was packed with wonderful flavor. I also highly recommend the flavored lemonades—especially the Dragon Fruit variety!

The fries were cold, and the burger, which was requested without tomatoes, came with tomatoes. The appetizer we ordered, a spinach and artichoke dip, was excessively salty and inedible. Overall, we definitely overpaid for the quality of the meal we received.

The Classic Cheeseburger burger was juicy perfect.
