The Wildcat Cobb salad is delicious but they gave me fake salad dressing instead of their homage ranch. Fake salad dressing ruins a good salad. So disappointed that prices keep going up but quality keeps going down. Doubtful Ill be ordering from here anymore.

Food tastes good, we had chicken meat chicken fried steak. Pages from scratches. You also have EV charger that can use Tesla. Very good ambience. Love it

This diner is fantastic. After our flight from Addison, we stumbled upon this amazing restaurant located on the airport grounds. There was a bit of football on TV, and a nice crowd of other customers. Once we stepped inside, we were impressed by the lovely decor. The menu offered a wide variety of interesting options. Unfortunately, I didn’t take any photos of the food because it was too good to pause and capture. If you ever find yourself in Uvalde, be sure to check it out!

The restaurant at the airport boasts a charming ambiance with a classic aviation theme. They offer a comprehensive menu featuring daily specials. I particularly enjoyed the chicken fried steak, which was hearty and well-prepared, and the corn and mashed potatoes surpassed typical expectations. Everything was quite delicious. The service was excellent, and they also provide kid-friendly outdoor seating with a pleasant view of the airport. Overall, it’s a fun spot with great food.

The fish tacos were tasty, but I would have liked them to come with fries or something similar. The fried pickles were soggy, and the drink was served in a small cup that definitely wasn’t worth the $3.00 price.
