Lunkers - Uvalde

My husband, father-in-law, and I tried the lunch special, which included fried fish, French fries, and green beans, along with large glasses of sweet tea. Wow, the fish was some of the best I've ever had! The green beans were also outstanding. The sweet tea was delicious as well. My mother-in-law ordered the chicken steak, and she commented that it was tender and cooked to perfection. We highly recommend this place!

The corn nuggets were absolutely delicious. However, the fried chicken steak lacked seasoning—it could have used more than just salt and pepper. The breading was nice, but it felt like it was missing some flavor. The corn side dish was excellent, while the green beans were just okay.

The boneless wings were a great size and reasonably priced compared to other places I've seen. The burger was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Every time I get through Uvalde, I eat here at least once. This time I'm here for a week, so I'll be back tomorrow. If you don't get a steak here, do it wrong. They are literally perfect. Also the green beans are the best in the world, nobody could convince me otherwise.
