Starbucks - Uvalde

While traveling with my two dogs, we needed a caffeine boost for the trip home. I don’t usually get coffee from Starbucks, so I wasn't sure what to order. The girl at the counter was incredibly nice and helped me make my decision. She even gave my collies two pup cups while we waited for my drinks and food. The ambiance was the usual Starbucks vibe, but the staff was fantastic, and the food and drinks were good.

Love the staff at this Starbucks. They are very nice and personable makes you feel so welcomed!!! They keep this place very clean!!!! I come here often and sit there for about 2 hours doing school homework so I see how they keep this place super clean. Plus beverages and service is great. Much gratitude for this staff.

I don't visit Starbucks often, but my wife is a big fan. Unfortunately, she can no longer have regular coffee. We ordered a decaf drink through the app, and while the order was processed correctly according to the ticket, the drink ended up being regular coffee due to an app glitch. It turns out that the drink we chose can't be made with decaf using the app. However, the staff members were incredibly helpful in getting my wife exactly the decaf drink she wanted. They went above and beyond to ensure she knew how to order it correctly in the app for next time. She loved it! I would definitely give this experience a 10/10 and highly recommend it!

While I did get my loaves of bread, I watched many customers receive their drinks while mine never even entered the queue to be made. I get that drive-thru times are important and that customer service can be challenging, especially if they are short-staffed, but that wasn't the issue here; it seemed like everyone was focused on the drive-thru orders. Who knows how long other customers had to wait after me? In the end, I decided to leave, returning the loaves without getting my drink or a refund. I wondered how long that would have taken, too. When I mentioned my wait, the staff member even asked me, "Are you sure?" I felt like saying, “Ma'am, I've been sitting here for over 20 minutes waiting for just one drink.” Thank you anyway, Starbucks!
