The food is delicious and the service is excellent. The restaurant features many antique items, but they are not displayed well. Additionally, there is a need for improvement in cleanliness.

As soon as you get close to the restroom, there's a strong smell of sewage that lingers down the hallway. When I took my first bite of food, I found a human hair tangled around the piece of meat. I really don't want to criticize a small business, but honestly, you can do better than this.

Thank you for your business. I’m baffled by the experience we had. We arrived at 8:40 with a party of six, only to be told we couldn’t dine in because you close at 9. If that’s the case, then why not close at 8:30 or turn off your sign? Is it that difficult? You took a lot of money from us without providing any real service. It feels like you’re focused only on profits—money, money, money—while neglecting customer service. You mentioned multiple times that you close at 9, and we were caught off guard. We definitely won’t be returning. You seem accustomed to easy takeout orders, but providing decent service to your customers should also be a priority. To make matters worse, after we left, more customers rushed in, only to be hurried along as well, all to squeeze out more dollars. Typically, restaurants stay open until at least 10, with staff available to attend to customers. This is how it should work. You’ve lost a valuable customer over this experience. What a shame!

This restaurant is dirty. The menus, tables, and even the bathrooms are dirty. The food tasted weird and stale. I have never been to a clean pho restaurant. But now I am steering clear from restaurants that are not clean and you can tell they are not clean if the menu looks dirty, tables are sticky and bathroom is dirty. Their bathroom stinks so bad and there was toilet paper everywhere. If they can’t even keep these things clean I doubt the kitchen is clean.

This place always has the best service, they're quick. I will always get #18 and #27. I picked #27 this time, their wonton soup is good!
