Meat The Greek

If you're looking for a real Greek gyros so that's not your right place to try it. The pita bread wasn't fresh and the whole sandwich was dry

Small place but real good food and you get a lot of it! Recommend this place!!

I read the first review here and I understand his point even if I don't agree. And yes, you aren't served any GI alternative in Greece, and this IS a greek...

We had Chicken Gyros Pita and Chicken Gyros on a plate. You can choose from beef, chicken or pork. It was very tasty, salad was fresh, bread was freshly baked. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

We visited Meat the Greek several types during our Gothenburg days. Foods were excellent everytime. In some restaurants, standard deviation in quality of foods is quite high. However, in Meat the Greek, we found same tastes and quality level everytime. Particularly, chicken döner kebab in pita roll is our favorite. You should taste it with tzatziki. In addition to very tasty foods, their staff are very kind and friendly. Even they learned our names during our second visit. After five months, they were still remembering our names. Service is also very fast. Briefly, you should absolutely try this excellent restaurant. I am sure that you will not feel regret after your experience.
