The Blü Cow - Vail

Nothing is comparable to the original Swiss Hot Dog! Since I was a child, I grew up here in the 1980s. Every time I'm through Vail, I'll stop a point and grab a Swiss hot dog. It is worth my favorite look for me and the price. I want to get a triple because I think it has the best ratio of sausage to other ingredients. This is a family business that survived through hard times. I'm glad they're still here!

This restaurant proudly serve the one and only Vail's original... The SWISS DOG.. two mild pork and veal brats served on a French baguette.. Do not miss it.. That's all I can say folks.. out of words..

In the mid 1980's, I lived in Vail. My favorite place to get a relaxing and yummy lunch was the Swiss Hot Dog Company. Over the years, I traveled to Vail with my kids. My kids loved eating at the Blu Cow. I was thankful to see that the food was still good. Years ago, you shipped the hot dogs and seasoning out to customers. Do you still do this?

Had a Regular today! No trip to Vail is complete without a stop at the Blu Cow. I always remember visiting with Ernst when I walk in. The hot dogs and soup are unique here. Great selection of beer. Friendly staff. 30 years of memories for me. Cheers Steve
