Table De L'ours - Val-d'Isère

We have been bluffed by the talent of the young chef at the gastronomic restaurant. the signature menu (165 euros) is remarkable and hollow. copy the dishes amuses-bouche tru normand (savoyard in fact) for desserts. Excellent bread. service can be a little too good but professional. The kitchen (level 2 our feeling) is very delicate, the subtle flavors perfectly doses, the cooking absolutely perfect. Very nice room. the leader came to greet, simple, direct and instigating. Bravo!

I can only recommend: reception, service, dishes, everything was perfect. only question: what do the michelin guide inspectors expect to assign the 2nd star?

Excellent restaurant in the beautiful setting the restaurant is very spacious, the tables are far from one another the servers are all very well, nice, dynamic and they know their subject on the tip of the fingers are also constantly ready to fold in to satisfy the customers the restaurant offers several menus or a choice to the card so not too much pressure it was well presented with reminders of the logo and style of the hotel
