Írjon visszajelzéstI will start by saying the cashier at the drive-through was very friendly. She actually responded to my greeting, which is rare nowadays. Most fast food employees just shout out the total, hand over the bag, and may not even wish you a good day. My French fries were hot and salty, but the Frisco burger was barely cooked. The beef patty wasn't even warm, so the cheese didn't melt at all. It's frustrating to pay good money for such disappointing food. I wish Hardee's staff would be penalized for serving meals that are not properly prepared. Perhaps then they would start to care more about their jobs.
The staff at this restaurant provide excellent service. I enjoy their $1 to $5 cheeseburger.
The food at this restaurant was fresh, hot, and delicious. I highly recommend it.
The employees were talking about inappropriate stuff involving boys and afew other things at the time. Which honestly it took over 20 minutes to get my food and they had 6 to 7 people in the store with only 4 orders on the screen. Truly, I have managed a Sonic Drive-In before and should have said something about these poor presentation infeont of customer and how slow they were, but I was in a hurry so just left. Also the food was medium quality and not a quality display. A note to the General Manager and owner of the store, manage your employees better.
No napkins..nothing to eat with..wasn't doing the breakfast trays...why even openGo to the store and buy napkins forks and take out trays if your out....think outside the box!
