Krystal - Valdosta

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The restaurant was very clean throughout, including the restrooms. The service was quick, and the food was hot and delicious.

We received something different from what we ordered, and it felt rushed as it was nearly closing time. Just a week ago, we had a similar experience. We decided to give it another chance this time, but unfortunately, it was unremarkable and not tasty. The chili on the pups had too much salt. Thank you, Krystals, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering again. I hope the experience improves in the future.

The food is good, provided it arrives on time without having to wait for other dishes. However, the service from the staff could use some improvement.

The cash register looked like she just rolled out of the bed, I asked her if she didn't want to be there today, because she didn't talk to me and I pushed a hell out of her. I had a chicken sandwich and a small crystal the chicken sandwich tasted like fish from some ground and it was not very good. the manager was very pleasant and apologise to me and got me another crystal.

Food was horrible! Absolutely horrible. You can tell they just rewarm the food. They made us sit for 15 minutes for reheated food. The chicken had “ white spots” on them as well. Girl in drive thru wasn’t friendly, no hospitality at all! there were moments where she tried to push herself to be friendly (because we were overly friendly to her) but she failed. Some people are not made to work with the public…she’s more fitting for a factor job. Customer service, 1, maybe 2 stars, food, zero (0) stars!
