La Taqueria Mexican Grill - Valdosta

The food is always delicious! The quesadillas are truly the best around. My partner loves their nachos. I find the prices reasonable; they don’t charge extra for steak in dishes like many chain restaurants do. I’m happy to pay whatever it takes to keep this place open. It’s a small, family-owned restaurant that serves high-quality food, which is hard to come by in Valdosta. The only area for improvement would be to ensure that the small salsa containers are filled, especially since they charge extra if you want more than one or two. Sometimes they are only a quarter to half full. Other than that, everything is perfect, and I will be a loyal customer as long as I live in the area.

If you're looking for authentic Mexican food, this is a must. Prices are cheap and you can dine inside or out. Everything I've tried so far is delicious.

Probably the best restaurant around the Air Force base. Authentic, breakfast lunch and dinner (great breakfast burritos) and an array of sauces and garnishes. I like the vibe inside too.

We’ve been coming here for over four years now since our son got stationed here. We are very disappointed though from what we hear the owner is making changes! The portions are smaller and the prices are the same as they were before. The burritos used to be huge for A little over $8 mouth are half the size for the same price very disappointing. The guacamole is wonderful we used to get a container to go now it’s half the size for the same price. Won’t be getting that anymore. I got a burrito the other day not only is it half the size of course there’s less ingredient and it was drier. What’s going on?!! Whoever the owner is we are not happy!!!!

The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The consistency in what you get is the challenge. What you get served will vary depending on who's working. On numerous occasions our meals came without a single slice of lime. It is quite frustrating the lime is forgotten. Especially since it is an essential component!! Even when we've made it a point to ask for limes, they were not there when we got home.
