Title Town Donuts - Valdosta

Customer service suck. The employee closed the door when we moved up. She didn't look very happy. It must be hard to sell donuts.

There was a wide selection of donuts from which it was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and even checked us at the tables at dinner. I had the donut with vanilla frosting and another with strawberry (yummm), they were delicious!

I was surprised to see them open on a Sunday at 3 p.m. on my trip to Publix to get something sweet for dessert later tonight. They were Very busy. No signs about masks or distancing when entering. Two groups ahead of me in line, then two came in behind me. More than half without masks. The young lady behind the counter was serving without a mask or gloves. None of the flavors advertised for coffee were available according to the server. Only the flavored creamer. Saw a review in March 2019 that said no flavors were available... still not fixed? When asked, the server said they didn't have to wear any PPE to serve and prepare food.

The blueberry cake donuts are the best! This is a go to when ordering donuts for my job.

The employees were not at all friendly or helpful. I received the wrong change. The specialty coffee machines were broken and none of the advertised syrups were available. This was my first, and it looks like last, trip to this donut shop. Which is sort of a bummer, because the donuts were actually pretty tasty. Customer service (and delicious coffee) are deal-breakers for me.
