Don's Social House - Valemount

We had such a terrible experience that we decided to walk out and leave. When we arrived, the waitress took 20 minutes to seat us, and once seated, we were not even given water or any other drinks for quite some time.

We stopped to eat on our first night because it was late and the restaurant was still open. The decor was quite terrible, to say the least.

I had a delicious homemade burger and fantastic turkey soup. My friends really liked their beef pie. The service was friendly, but a bit slow.

Came with my family to valemount bc on holidays and I really enjoyed the food and the breakfast is so good and supper too

First impressions should have been enough to leave. Posted on the white board "We are not a fast food restaurant. Food will be 15 to 20 minutes." The waitresses spent more time chatting than serving. It took 20 minutes to get our drinks and salad and when 75 minutes passed with NO Service we got up and asked for the bill so we could leave. The waitress threatened to call the cops if we did not pay for the food that had not come for more than an hour! Also dirty bathrooms, carpet etc.
