Red Lobster - Valencia

Your typical Reb Lobster. Unfortunately the traffic to the Valencia location has decreased a lot compared to the past. Average service. My waiter rushed us the ticket as he had to go to another job. My wife was not too happy about that as there seemed to be inadequate scheduling of staff. We noted cobwebs in the corners and pointed it out which was not received well.

Great food. Cool place. Love the decor. This location though had some a.c. issues and was really hot. Drinks were not very good. But the food was amazing.

Great meal...we are here a few years ago and it was lacking in service and food quality. But after going to Six Flags all day and needing a sit down meal went here. It was very good.

Tried the lobster linguine and it was not that good. Most of the sauce had dropped out of the container into the plastic bag.

Today my husband and I went to the restaurant looking to use a gift card that hadn’t previously worked online. The manager and waitress were amazingly patient, kind and helpful. They were able to figure out the problem and they were all about customer service. I want to thank them for an amazing experience.
