Agriturismo Ables - Valfurva

We spent our holidays in Santa C, it's the second year and we hope that the valley always stays like this. At the Ables we climbed several times, a trek of an hour and a half poor, beautiful path. We both had lunch and made snacks. Very kind people, genuine products, extraordinary environment. Even only for the shepherd's coffee is worth it.

Fantastic panorama, great food you eat very well. Staff all very good.. ideal for families, couples etc.

Too bad. After a beautiful walk under the sun we thought to get to the farm and relax in the cool for lunch, but apart from some beach umbrella the rest of the seats is placed on table under the gazebo covered with plastic. Greenhouse effect! A terrible heat! We had lunch and ran into the woods. Too bad, we loved food.

From St. Catherine the path leads to the farm with about 500 mt of pleasant altitude difference in the wood. Upon arrival we were greeted by 4 goats, a series of wonderful kittens of 2 months with mom, various sweet dogs, geese, hens...a real Arca di Noè!!! But what will leave you speechless is the highest quality of strictly homemade cuisine, from alpine cheeses, taragna polenta and...funghi porcini never tasted so tasty!!! Meat and sausage grilled and exquisite welcome of the owners!!! Do not miss a gastronomic tour from them if you are here!! !
