Rifugio Palu - Valfurva

The restaurant is located near the middle station of the gondola. They have two medium sized rooms and a terrace. The food is the typical ski lodge stuff. Nothing special. The people are friendly but is slow during lunch time. Check the bill carefully. Our bill was wrong 25 .

Quiet refuge right on the piste for ski in and out pit stop. Cosy and friendly. Good food and hot drinks at any time.Accessible from the easy ski runs too so ideal for meet up point.

This is an outstanding mountain restaurant/ cafe. If your looking for somewhere on the mountain that is of a traditional nature, this is the place to go. The food was fantastic (the whole group of 9 felt the same). The service was fantastic and even the chef came out to check we were happy. What more could you want. Fantastic

Without a doubt this is the nicest and friendliest place to aim for when skiing in Santa Catarina...we timed our day to stop twice a day for a break and then lunch...the team at Palu at fantastic and we wouldn't want to stop anywhere else...brilliant atmosphere and food....
