Burger King - Valley Springs

The service is currently not great, and the drive-thru is very slow. They seem to be understaffed, but I have to say that the fries were hot, and the burger was fresh.

Delicious burgers and piping hot French fries. They always prepare everything exactly as I request. I can always rely on BK!

On the morning shift on November 5th, 2020, the gentlemen working seemed like they didn't want to be there. I believe there's a need for improvement in customer service skills, particularly when interacting with customers. I also had to ask for cream and sugar, as well as salt and pepper, and I didn't receive anything to stir my coffee with. Additionally, I was not given a fork to eat my side order of eggs. It’s clear that customer service needs some attention. I truly hope things improve for the team.

I've been around this bk for a few long yrs , and it's slowly going down , down ,down. It's like employees just don't care about what they do ! When you get a come cup for a frosty ice drink when it's clearly supposed to be a large and they want to argue with you about it . And I really do love the imposable whopper . Good flavor. Just that the service needed something to be desired. I could show the from when I used to work for them in angels camp back in 85. Oops , showing my age.

Food was good and made properly. The drive thru lady definitely didn't want to be there or had an issue just being there. Other than that decent.
