Papa Johns - Valley Stream

This is my go-to spot, I always order from here. During my last visit, there was a strange smell, not sure what it was but it was unpleasant. I always order online. Papa John's is essential in our household.

The service at this restaurant was excellent. The meat is 100% halal and I will definitely be ordering more in the future. Imran provided great service and the delivery by Mohamed was on time and efficient.

I ordered a New York style pizza from this restaurant. When it was delivered, I opened the box and discovered that my pizza had no crust, only two slices. I called the store manager and he informed me that New York style pizza does not have a crust. I questioned why two slices had crust while the others did not, and pointed out that the picture on their menu showed a crust. The manager blamed the busy kitchen and said the oven must have removed the crust. I argued that it was not my fault and that I had paid for a pizza with a crust. He promised to send me another pizza, but after two hours, I still had not received it. I am disappointed and will be contacting their corporate office to file a complaint. This is unacceptable.

Many times pizza gets delivered cold and opened or burnt. Best if ordered and picked up. Could be better.

The boneless chicken was not good at all. I didn't enjoy it. Next time, I'll go for the regular wings instead.
