Beautiful atmosphere to be there, spend quality time with family and eat good food. services were very good

The food was horrible. Service was poor from our waitress. I ordered the “bucket of bones” and I got a plate with few fries, 2 small pieces of ribs not a rack as the picture depicted, and some hard wings. I only went there because the other restaurants in the area were full. Waitress didn’t even show her face much. The one time she asked if everything was ok, I asked “where’s the bucket” and she replied, “oh, I forgot to tell you, we ran out of buckets”. I said “ok”. Definitely, never again!!! I’ll never go back and I’ll never recommend. Poor poor service.

The place needs an overhaul. Dark and dingy not very appealing. I have been to other locations but this one definitely needs a remake. I don’t remember the burger being so small it also came with 1 small slice of tomato that wasn’t even ripe and a piece of wilted lettuce.

Food was okay. When is slower in TGIF the food is usually on point. When it’s busy, food comes okay.

When we get there, the hostess said the computer wasn’t working so that’s why we couldn’t have dinner that night... Very disappointed
