Kfc - Valrico

This place is excellent! At some chain restaurants, the quality can be inconsistent, but this one really stands out! The staff is friendly, and the food is fantastic.

My husband ordered a KFC bowl with just chicken and mashed potatoes, and unfortunately, he ended up with quite severe food poisoning.

The server at the drive-thru was extremely friendly and all smiles, definitely a solid 10. Unfortunately, the meals we ordered did not live up to that standard. The chicken was tough and dry, and the "extra crispy" version was anything but crispy—it seemed like it had been sitting under the heat lamp since noon, and this was our dinner. The potatoes were just average, while the coleslaw was decent. I haven't had this experience before, but I’m now hesitant about returning.

I know is not a lot of employees But need to clean more the lobby Not very pleasant eat on does stickies tables and booths

This is my second time going through the drive through i ordered tenders and asked for KFC sauce, both times no sauce, just going to other KFC at this point hopefully one of them can get it right
