Wonderful cut of prime rib with a flavorful crust and great baked potato. Excellent value. Nice setting with Van Nuys airport runway view.

I'd been aware of the for decades, but never had occasion to try it. I'm so glad we finally did. The prime rib was very nice, accompanied by a memorably good MacMurray pinot noir. The view and the unique feeling of the place are truly distinctive as well. Looking forward to visiting again and trying their classic Aviation cocktail. For those of us from the Westside who miss the aeronautical views and vibe of the late, great Typhoon at Santa Monica Airport, it's well worth a hop over the hill for a different style of cuisine with an equally delightful, aviation-themed experience.
