Big Mama's Papa's Pizzeria- Van Nuys Location

Unfortunately, there have been issues with toppings being out of stock on online orders, without any notification. After waiting for 45 minutes on my last order, I had to call and reorder. This has happened in a previous order as well, but since it was placed over the phone, there was no delay.

Avoid at all costs! This restaurant is a scam. In addition to the terrible reviews about their pizza, it seems they are also committing financial fraud. I placed an order online, they charged me, but my order never showed up. I am still trying to get my money back. Why would they allow customers to order through their website if they can't fulfill the orders? This place is a complete scam.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have made an online order for my grandmother's adult care to celebrate her birthday with her friends from her health center. I went to the website to make the order, and the website said explicitly, 45 minutes after the order for the pizza are made, and that is when I am 11:50 for the order. (I WAS NOW WAS SAID on WEBSITE! . Someone from the place calls me to let me know that the pizzas are delivered at 1 o'clock as they are busy with whom I had no problems. I told them I'll give them a call back so I can let the health center know that their pizza will arrive at 1:00 and that I will call them back to confirm. I called back the pizza place to confirm and the guy (probably the owner/manager starts screaming at me in an rude way: Who makes an order as soon as we open?! If you don't like it, then cancel the order!! I never said that I didn't like the pizza to arrive late, nor did I make comments about not like anything in our previous conversation. I never spoke that way. If they were quieter and more professional, things would probably not have been taken out of context, but they were very terrible. I understand if an order can be too much, but things can be worked out without being mean and rude, but no, whoever this guy was not very pleasant on the phone. If you have a bad day, leave your attitude from your business!

The cheese tasted different from when I first tried it. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning and was severely ill for four days, unable to keep any food down. I had high hopes that this restaurant would be like the mom and dad's pizzeria in Hollywood, but it was not.
