Írjon visszajelzéstThe first time was a great experience. The food was good. Give it a 9/10. Collard greens had a turkey bone in it, but besides that, it was A1. I loved the Mac and cheese.
The place is nicely decorated. Our waitress and server were amazing… polite. The presentation of the food was nice. My daughter got the BBQ chicken with mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. She did not like the taste of the mashed potatoes, but loved everything else. I ordered catfish, greens , with red beans and rice. The greens and beans were ok. The catfish had a nice texture but zero flavor. We also got hot water cornbread which had the texture and flavor of a pancake rather than cornbread. Two big negatives on our visit here, the TV was painfully loud and because the door stayed open we had to eat with one hand and fan flies with the other. If you were raised in Louisiana and on Creole food your whole life, this may not meet your expectations in flavor.
Definitely, good vibes, the place just opened up. It is located inside parking lot complex behind Burger king. I order Mom's fried chicken with Mac and cheese and collard greens. The chicken was cook to perfection crispy and flavored well. They also have few selections on beer and wine with limited selection on hard liquor. Great place to watch sports they have 6 TV and they do offer happy hours monday to Friday 4-7. Definitely worth checking them out they also offer brunch. Ps. Junior was so welcoming and well knowledged. It was a pleasure being served by him. Will be back ASAP
Great food has been here twice before and the food was fantastic every time. So far I had the fried chicken and the rubber bear was so good the chicken. Was beautiful and crispy the rubber bears had an amazing taste. I also had the peach fucker and that was fantastic I highly recommend this place because I will definitely go back and get something new.
This place is the real deal for Cajun food. Very friendly staff and owner, so legit Louisiana hospitality. The gumbo roux was rich and well spiced. Gives my granny's a run for her money. My girlfriend loved the shrimp etouffee and she's pretty particular when it comes to seafood dishes. Lastly, best hush puppies I've had, hands down. If you like Cajun food or are interested in trying the real thing, do yourself a favor and check this place out.
